Bread Details...

Extended fermentation is the key to healthy, delicious bread. All of our bread doughs either incorporate a natural levain starter, utilize extended periods of dough fermentation, or both!

INGREDIENTS

 
Challah & Rolls

Challah (Used for braided challah, burger/slider buns, challah rolls, french toast bread, hot dog buns)

    • Unbleached wheat flour, water, eggs, sugar, canola oil, salt, yeast

Doughs

Pizza Dough (Frozen)

    • Unbleached wheat flour, organic whole wheat flour, water, olive oil, salt, sugar,

buttermilk powder, yeast, ascorbic acid

Par-Bake Pizza Dough (Uses the same base as pizza dough)

Artisan Breads & Rolls

Pugliese

    • Unbleached wheat flour, organic whole wheat flour, water, salt, yeast

Ciabatta Roll, Baguette, Demi Baguette

    • Unbleached wheat flour, water, yeast, salt

Demi Baguette (Topped with Seeds)

    • Poppy seeds, sesame seeds

Pugliese Plus (Variation of Pugliese with additional toppings/flavors)

Sourdough Breads & Bagels

Sourdough Bread, Bagels

    • Unbleached wheat flour, organic whole wheat flour, water, salt, yeast
