Extended fermentation is the key to healthy, delicious bread. All of our bread doughs either incorporate a natural levain starter, utilize extended periods of dough fermentation, or both!

Baked daily.

demi baguette

Baked daily.

sourdough, sourdough bagels

Baked on Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday.

Ingredients: unbleached wheat flour, organic whole wheat flour, water, sea salt.

multigrain sourdough

Baked on Wednesday and Friday.

Ingredients: unbleached wheat flour, organic whole wheat flour, water, barley flakes, sunflower seeds, cornmeal, flax seeds, sea salt.

walnut levain

Baked on Saturday.

Ingredients: unbleached wheat flour, organic whole wheat flour, water, walnuts, sea salt.

braided challah

Baked on Friday.

Ingredients: unbleached wheat flour, eggs, organic evaporated cane juice, canola oil, water, sea salt, yeast.

burger buns, hot dog buns
